1. TORQUE TECHNICIAN
Qualification : Higher Secondary or equivalent
Experience : Minimum 5 years experience. Knowledge of using hydro torquing machines and its maintenance
Should be able to speak thoroughly in English
Safety : Safety Training and complete awareness of safety requirement in oil and gas industry.
Tasks & Duties: Capable to carry out wide range of hydro torquing activities viz hand torque, multi torque, hydro torque (pump / hydraulic ratchet) and impact wrench by using toqruing machines of various capacities.
Able to understand items of Oil & Gas Industrial Equipments such as Gas turbines, compressors, boilers, vessels, columns, heat exchangers, LNG storage tanks, filters, valves, gaskets, and so on.
Knowledge of materials commonly used in Oil & Gas Industry:
Pipes : Size, schedule and metallurgy
Valves : Size, type, trim and metallurgy
Gaskets : Size, type
Fittings : Sizes, rating and type
Tubes : Sizes, rating and type
Able to identify flange rating
Able to identify bolt size
Able to identify types of tools
Able to assemble of Hydro torquing machines
Ensures that tools and equipments used are correctly calibrated and materials and tools are available in good condition prior to start of work.
In addition to his normal jobs, he should assist and participate in other maintenance activities.
Maintains good housekeeping at all work locations and ensuring compliance with Safety and Fire regulations by wearing protective clothing, footwear, masks, goggles, and gloves and ensuring that appropriate work permits are obtained before commencing field work.
2. HYDRAULIC MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Qualification : Higher Secondary or equivalent
Experience : Minimum 5 years experience. Knowledge in hydraulic tools and machines
Official language : English is Official language. Should be able to speak thoroughly in English
Safety: Safety Training and complete awareness of safety requirement in oil and gas industry.
Tasks & Duties : Ability to read and understand hydraulic drawings, diagrams and manuals
Possess good knowledge about various types of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic tools (pumps, puller sets, jacks, spreaders, nut splitters, wire rope cutters) hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic crimping tools, hydraulic cutters (manual hammer blow cutters, self contained hydraulic cutters, hand hydraulic cutters, hydraulic cutter heads, hydraulic wire rope cutters and chain cutters), hydraulic hole punches, hydraulic presses, and its components (O Ring, valves, seals etc.)
Possess good knowledge about hydraulic oil viz HD 68, HD 46 etc.
Carry out repairs of all hydraulic hoses/ equipments/ machineries
Maintain adequate parts inventory for all hydraulic systems and equipments
Ability to overhaul and repair rotating equipment i.e. compressors, blowers, pumps and fans, mixers, mechanical seals etc
In addition to his normal jobs, he should assist and participate in other maintenance activities.
Understands and apply plant safety standards and maintenance procedures while performing work.
Knowledge of materials commonly used in Oil & Gas Industry:

Fittings : Sizes, rating and type
Maintains tools and equipment in good working order and properly stored.

3. HYDROJETTER
Qualification : Matriculate or equivalent with preferably three years trade experience.
Experience : Minimum 5 years experience. Knowledge of using hydro jetting guns and flexible lancing units for cleaning of exchanger tubes, internal and external.
Candidates with Oil & Gas industry experience will be given preference.
Safety : Safety Training and complete awareness of safety requirement in oil and gas industry.
