Re:Nursing in Kuwait - 2009/02/12 03:54
good day! I am a registered nurse in the ER department in a local tertiary hospital in Mandaluyong City here in the philippines for 1 year. I am bound for Kuwait by last week ng Feb to 1st week daw po ng march. My job offer is for a school nurse in an English school (English playgroup in Salmiyah). The salary offer is 200kd that's a bit low isn't it? Free accomodation, medical in Kuwait, uniform etc. Ask ko lang po is there a room for salary increase talaga because the employer once said that there are increments per year depending on the performance.
Puede po ba mag partime job? Anu kaya pede partime job dyan?
Sa ibang English school po magkanu po ba ang salary ng School Nurse and wahta are the requirements? 2years kasi contract ko plan ko tapusin and then lipat sa Canada pero kung walang magiging job offer sa akin lipat na lang ako ng ibang school sa Kuwait if di magtaas ng salary samin.

if you have the chance to get a job in the US, don't waste your time here. work on with your cgfns and other requirements. it is much better over there. here, nursing job is ok but then you will be working with people whose attitudes are very difficult to comprehend. in the meantime, if you are having financial constraints, you can accept the offer and then later on you can continue with your cgfns...good luck to you.

I think that's more than enough for you if accomodation and transport is free. What else are the amenities?

Hi!...I want to know how much is the average salary of nurses in kuwait hospitals, both in private and in government...I have been recruited from phils with a US$900 salary...Will this be enough for me to survive in Kuwait and still save?...I have 6 years middle east experience. Thanks!
