Eyeball doesn't have to be political. It can be organized even by just few people with common interests. It doesn't have to be "all pinoys in kuwait" gathering together in one place in a formally organized program. Of course, an eyeball will need at least one person to organize it, but it will require active participation of those who would like to attend it. It's just a matter of choosing one place somewhere in the city (or even outside the city) that can accommodate small or medium-sized crowd and that which can easily be accessed by those who are really interested. But the question is WHO will stand up and say "OK, let's have an EYEBALL!"?
