Pandan Chicken Print E-mail


Sangkap (Ingredients):

   250 grams chicken breast
   3 tbs. Oyster sauce
   1 tbs. soy sauce
   2 tsp sesame oil
   2 garlic cloves
   2 tbs. rice flour
   blanched pandan leaves   

Dipping sauce:

   4 tbs. rice vinegar
   1 tbs. sugar
   1 chili
   1 cucumber

 Pagluto (Cooking Procedure):
 

In a bowl mix together oyster, soy, water, sesame oil, garlic and flour, and pour over chicken.  Coat and marinate.  Drain chicken after marination and wrap with pandan leaves, secure with skewer.  Preheat grill.  Heat all ingredients for sauce except for the cucumber.  Let sugar dissolve.  Grill chicken over low heat for about 10 mins.  Basting with the marinade.
