The Search for Ginoo & Binibining Pilipinas Kuwait 2008, group picture was taken during rehearsals last THU (14Feb08) and FRI (15Feb08). 70% from the total of 85 applicants were able to attend at TIMES SQUARE SUITE HOTEL in Hawally, which is the official venue of the rehearsals, revealed by the ARTS Chairman “Uncle Thor”, he also explained the Project Objectives, Pageant mechanics and Timetable schedules. Mr. Gene Gaytano & Mr. Ferdie Nadera executes choreography for the modeling catwalk which is scheduled to be on stage on Feb.29. 2008. The meeting rehearsals were also attended by pageant fanatics designers, hair stylist, couturiers and project coordinators from Fuddruckers (Mr. Raymond), ARTS Sales & Marketing Executive (Ms.Vicky Cruz). The Cybernetics Org, computer IT experts compromised last Feb.1 meeting to do the computerized tabulation of results which will be viewed on stage on the screen during the pageant events. Some foods for the rehearsals were sponsored by BREADTALK.

The Elimination phase or qualifying round which will initially take place on FEB.29, 2008 (FRI -6:00 PM) at the AL SHAAB LEISURE PARK-Celebration Hall, in an event called “THE FASHION NIGHT” selecting the TOP 24 Male & 24 Female, will do the modeling catwalk in two categories, CASUAL WEAR & SPORTS WEAR. Entry Pass for the event is available in Kuwait City (Ramtron, Lutong Pinoy Restaurant, Sisig Restaurant, Dinar Express), Salmiya (Walid Supermarket), Faheel (Marios Restaurant), Rigae & Jahra (Cora Saloon), and at the Global Money outlets in Kuwait City, Salmiya, & Farwaniya.

Registration is still open to all Filipinos, Male & Female and/or half breed Filipinos. Still we are encouraging most of the qualified FEMALE applicants, with or without previous pageant experiences to join this contest. This event will be the biggest production of ARTS which is always supported and in cooperation with the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait.
